infraction for spamming....

Yow Jew gave me an infraction for telling someone i was going to report them for spamming my own thread. i would like this removed because i was not spamming. i said right in my thread that if anyone spams i will report it, and i got an infraction for telling someone that i was going to report them for spamming.
