iTunes Help

First off I'm sorry if this is in the wrong topic, but I couldn't think of a different area to post in.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out – I have over time uploaded songs on iTunes and so has everyone else in my family, as a result, many songs are uploaded three or even four times, If it were smaller I would simply go through an delete them, but there are well over 100 songs with this problem, I was wondering if anyone could offer a simply solution such as a “don’t repeat” button – or something to that effect.
