Does anyone remember...

You're right, he isn't properly recognized. Most players do not even know of the memorial.

The way he left his mark on society after his death was one very few people would choose to take, and I think we all should respect his actions the same we would any other pre-death action(s).

I havn't even heard of the old nite other then now because when i started playing (2004) the only big person was zezima. Though it is sad that he has passed away but on the other hand im positivly sure other people on runescape have died but they don't have a memorial so i don't really think it's fair yet it would kinda ruin runescape if it was full of memorials.

I remember him, but didn't know him so his death didn't affect me. I mean he was just like any other runescape player to me =/

My rl friend died who played rs and no one worships him...
Jugglesclown, best friend and person in the whole world...

I remember him. I talked to him on occasion. I'd often see him minning.
Also, I did not know there was a memorial of him in game. Since I don't have an account to play on could someone get a screen shot of this for me?

I'm pretty sure he'd me TOP on highscore if he was still around.

anyone got source to the connection between jagex' gravestone and the old nites passing?

would greatly appreciate this :)

dude i remember the good old days when people would
fight over how "the old nite is beating zezima in the highscores" and stuff.

the old nite, zezima, lilyuffie88, and a bunch of other oldschool players
gave RS players something to talk about.

the old nite i heard was a very very nice player, but died of colon cancer
or something like that. My friend was fishing sharks one day and he just walked up and started fishing.

miss that dude, nicest player you'll ever meet
