I hate +love+ but i actually don't mind that other person you mentioned. At least from what i've seen, his posts aren't completely worthless.
With +love+, she doesn't even read the thread. She reads the title then just posts in it, generally making a complete idiot out of herself since her post barely relates to the topic and is generally of no help at all.
