There is no possible way to recover any accounts if the owner has done it right, the only way Is if they didnt change email and secret question, Otherwise there is no way, just becasue 1 was changed, out of what 20 i have sold that doesn't mean anything, Here is a guide on not getting steam accounts recovered, and peanuts, Have you lost any of your accounts, No, So why are you thinking im scamming you guys?
