1. We offer a fully hand done service. However there is no way to constitute if you have botted the account before or after the service was provided thus we will not be liable for any temporarily or permanent bans administered to your account.
2. When you make a request you will receive a response with a price and duration of time how long the service will take within 24 hours via email. The priced amount has to be paid upfront in full.
3. During the duration of the service you will NOT login to the account. Failing to do so will result in a cancellation of the order without refund.
4. Refunds can only be granted before the service(s) have started. Once the service(s) have started we will only provide partial refund and deduct a cancellation fee from the refunded amount if you decide to cancel the order.
5. Before the service you will change the password of your account to a password that is UNIQUE.
6. After the service has been completed you will IMMEDIATELY change the password to your Runescape account.
