I just joined Sythe about 10 minutes ago (9/13/18 @ 5:26 PM EST) out of interest in selling my Piety build, but considering this is my first time using the website I'm certain there will be some hoops to jump through to sell the account. I am in no rush to sell because I'm still having a lot of fun so I'm starting the process to become verified/vouched now.
My 2 main questions are:
1) What does it take to put prospective buyers at peace of mind?
2) What is my account worth?

I prodded the account early on to avoid HP EXP to keep combat low, which I have done successfully thus far. For example, I have cannoned 90% of my range exp, I have Tele'd lower mage levels, and then Alched 99% to 94. I even spent a ton of pest control points into Defense/Strength exp as well as questing literally every last combat exp quest.
Speaking of quests, the account currently has 240 quest points, and is close to getting quest cape. Given that I have quested entirely way too much, it has nearly all untradable staples:
Torso - Barrows Gloves - Proselyte - Anchor - Dragon Defender - ALL Void peices (waiting on 100 Combat to get Elite) - Fire Cape - God Books - Berserker / Archer / Seer / Slayer AND Salve ALL imbued
Aswell as random extras like:
Full prospectors - Ancient Mace - Holy Wrench - Rune Pouch - Coal Bag - Full Graceful - All four RC pouches - Herb Sack and a LOT more that I can't think of.
On top of all this, the account comes with over 100M bank and a ton of bonus skills you would not otherwise get on a purely PK build:
