Permanently Banned. Wait... what?

I apologize in advance for the length of my appeal

My temp ban for warez has all of a sudden become permanent, why is this so?

Why I was banned: Warez

Why I think the ban was not warranted: I only posted some I demonoid invitational codes, I was just trying to share with the sythe community.

Additional Information:
• I had no malicious intent in posting them, not all torrents are illegal(for example linux ISO's) I was in no way advocating piracy.
• Before creating the thread i re-checked the forum rules, and this is what i found:
'- *Warez: posting direct downloads to Warez, links of websites related to Warez - includes: posting full length motion pictures (movies) regardless of whether or not they are in theaters or on dvd, completed seasons of a television show (1-2 episodes due to comical reasons are permitted), shareware programs, cracked shareware programs, cracks/serials for shareware programs, etc...'
So I made sure I did not post a link to the website, and made the thread in the 'spam' forum (Just because the quality of the posts there is far below the rest of the forum, and was hoping the rules were more relaxed there)
• I had nothing to gain for posting the invites, I did not ask for anything in return

Summary: After being banned i have learned my lesion and in the future not break anymore rules, as stated in The Sythe.Org Official Rules, breaking the rules relating to warez only warrants a one month ban.

So I am asking for a second chance to take part in these forums, if i haven't persuaded any moderators that my I have not broken a pre determined rule, I will be happy to wait out the one month ban that goes with the rule.

I actually inquired about this with the other staff beforehand.

Demonoid is a warez-based community; whether or not all of the torrents are illegal, most of them are and they are still accessible. The reason why your temp ban became permanent was because sectionals cannot perm ban, only temp ban, so we need to request a perm ban after we've temp banned.
