What Am I Doing Wrong?

I've recently tried recovering an account. I filled out all sections, i then submitted it. Yet it said there are some errors etc that are marked in yellow that need fixing up. There was nothing marked in yellow. Everything is corrent, why the fuck won't jagex let me recover my account?

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there like any special box i'm missing? Please help me this is fucking annoying!

 

Try doing it again later, might just be a little server error.

 

That's happened to me. I was so pissed. I was like "WTF I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK. I HAVE EVERYTHING IN HERE CORRECT" so I eventually was just like "screw it"

I then came back the next day, did it again, and it worked fine. So I think you have to wait some time.

 

There's a bug in the ''give extra information'' box. It says you have 400 characters left, but there's only 300.

This is the second account i've tried it for. I tried another account about 2 weeks ago and it didn't work so i was like "this is fucking bullshit" and gave up. Then i saw the "Account Review" thread to get accounts unbanned, the account i'm trying to recover has a rare name so i really want it. I'll try it again today and see what happens.

 

Ok if your copy and pasting sometimes it won't light up green unless you delete a letter then actually type it yourself you might have a issue similar to this just make sure you fill it in slowly and make sure everything lights up in green after you do each section.

 

It does do that sometimes.

Just wait a little while, or just backspace a few and a couple random ones, and retype them. It should work. It works for me when I do that.

 

Everything was lighting up green. The account finally submitted, i think i know the problem now. I remembered what NGFX said about the comment box having a bug in it.

I had filled up the complete comment box with writing. I then deleted half of it and it sent through. So yeah theres definately something fucked up with the comment box. So if anyone else has this problem i'd advise writing less in the comment box since that seems to be the problem.
