wtf?

jesse gave me a warning for spamming i appreciate that..
after i recieved the warning i had stopped but people seeing my posts had reported me, following this jesse gave me infractions under the pretense that i had carried on despite warnings i would just like to know y this is allowed? i feel that ive been reported for apologising? or if you are going to infract me anyway why bother giving me a warning? its obviously pointless..
any arguments especially from jesse...?

check the timestamps on my alleged spams and your warning followd by the infractions from there on we shall see who truly is in the wrong.

They were perfectly warranted. I warned you once, and you did it again. You don't even attempt to change your posts -- all you do is post "ill buyyyyyy" and leave the thread. It has been done on a few threads and the ones you were infracted for were:
