evil duck banned

Dear whom it may concern

Evil Duck (a guy i once traded with) has been perm. banned because i reported him for stealing my account. But i have been talking to him lately and the reason why he recovered his account back was because mine had been hacked and because he recovered his account back without giving me back mine i thought he had scammed me, but he didn't and i know this because he gave me one of his own personal accounts to keep which is 2x better than mine (i had a level 41 range pure he gave me a level 87 dragon pure)
So i believe he didn't scam me as if he did he wouldn't of given me a better account for my troubles.
