    I would like to know how much the supplies would cost me.
    I calculated that I need to do about 47k alchs.

    do MTA. my mage guy been doing mta from like level 40 and hes about to hit 83.. took like 3 days but i got like 30m saved up on him now lol... just my 2 cents though

    Use curse, 40-99 only costs 1.7M, because you only need about 400k body runes (roughly), which are 4 gp each.

    BTW i would highly suggest botting this, it is a darn painstaking job. Equip -55 mage bonus. Then you can do it on Any attackable NPC, making it easy to hide from reporters.
