xbox 360 question

ok well my dad tells me that i should unplug the xbox power supply from the main plug in the wall coz its still pumping power into it....

so i need to no how much power its using or if its even a problem?

I believe the power is still coming to the 360 but isnt being used, so there for it shouldnt be using much any electricity till its turned on.
But it is still taking some electricity when its off even.

 

just switch the plug off at the wall, if Ur. worried

 

its not that im worried its just that all the cables and plugs are behind the tv and hard to get to, to turn off everynight

 

i would turn it off if i were you. it still pumps power into the Xbox but just not as much as it is when the Xbox is on. wastes money on electricity and can cause a fire.

 

I always leave my Xbox power supply on, but it does use electricity.
