UH, just reformat it yourself. It's not hard. Just back up all your important files then after the fresh install, just put them back on your HD.
LOL, I think he means, go directly into sys32 and delete the viruses yourself.
Do not EVER Delete Sys32 >.>.

Run a scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware. It's great at getting rid of viruses and crap.

That's why I don't use anti-virus programs. When my pc starts lagging (2-3months of usage) I just formad my C drive. Yet again, a clean pc.
Try pouring some Robitussin into your computer it might get rid of the virus.

Erhh why dont you delete the file manually my norton detected a virus but was unable to remove it so I found the file manually and deleted and scanned again.
