Err, well I don't know what to say. He seemed like a nice guy, took down the information from the other guy (NoSmoke). He had me send the money over paypal, and I confirmed/cancelled - but the transaction didn't complete because it messed up (I was following a guide that said to file an unauthorized transaction claim). So then he says he doesn't have the information and that we would have to deal with it - leaving my $30 up to the integrity of NoSmoke.
In short, I'd be wary of using his services again. I have the complete conversation saved in messenger if anyone would like to check my story.
