Technically speaking, virginity only applies to females. If the hymen breaks, she is no longer a virgin. She doesn't even need to have sex or any objects stuck up in her vagina, because hymans can break from other activities, such as horseback riding, biking, gymnastics, etcetera.

Men can be virgins too, but that's really more of a cultural concept than anatomical. So to answer your question; yes and no. He's not a virgin in the sense that he never experienced receiving intercourse, but he is a virgin in the sense that he never had intercourse.

actually the hyman in many situations doesn't break because of sexual intercourse but because of physical activity.. virginity is a state of mind and is a way for saying not done yet...

My teacher put a minus on one of my papers because I spelled lose correctly instead of "loose". I proved that bitch wrong.

This is disgustingly sick. But the "virginity" of a person generally refers to a woman, and that is the first "blood" or as people may now call just getting laid for the first time. I am quite sure that it does not apply to males what so ever, but in today's terms you may have gotten "ass laid," though I am quite sure you will never want for it to happen again.
