Account Recovery

Ok so I don't know if this has gone through once again. It may or may not have but every time I send it in It disconnects. Here it is the third time I am sending it in.

Ok, so I thought I had put one of these in yesterday but Billyy has said he can't find it so I am posting another one in case it didn't go through. If it did and it makes two topics then I apologize.
Ok so I have been a member of sythe for a good while. I quit RuneScape a few months ago, and in doing so I never got on Sythe. I recently rejoined a few weeks ago, and when I went to get back on Sythe I remembered that my computer had been recovered downstairs, and the one I use nowadays is my laptop. The account I am talking about is Mrmagicman. I posted a lot in the runescape 2 pictures section, and the reason I'm posting this is because I'm having a problem recovering the password.
I attempted to send an email to recover my password and it did not show up in the inbox. I tried it multiple times and it still did not show up. I sent it to [email protected] (that's what I believe the email was and is).
The ip I registered from is I believe 12.214.94.57. Previous passwords should have been something like nicholas, nicholas1 etc. something of that nature. I'll post a picture of the empty aim inbox, and also me sending an email to prove that I do have access to the account. I have also talked to Tgump and Billyy on the msn of this account, [email protected]. I will give admins and mods access to the aim and msn if necessary.
