Okay, So I had Giddy look at my first appeal over MSN and had him explain to me why I was banned. I just want to let you know that, if someone makes a thread for lets say "Selling GP", and someone posts on it, i'll buy add my MSN, and after talking a while on MSN, they ask for a middleman and the person blocks you. Obviously, this person was a scammer or didn't believe in MM's, So I posted on the thread "Kid's a scammer, he blocked me", which if you go and look, almost 60% of the threads on this website say this. Then he also showed me the post I made on Sythe Ventrilo. Ok, So I joined Ventrilo just to talk because I was bored, and Kelly randomly starts kicking me from the server and kept talking mad shit. So, in shorter terms, let's just say his Ventrilo went down for a couple of minutes. And I posted on his Ventrilo thread, "Cough. Geek". Which isn't really much of "insult" if you look at half of the things people say on this website. And by the time I asked him to show me the 3rd infraction he closed out of the MSN conversation, and caused me not to be able to message him again. And out of all this, First I'd love to see the 3rd infraction, and someone explain to me why any of these "infractions" should be counted againist me. Giddy is an admin in the Ventrilo and is also the person who banned me from Sythe. I think he is just abusing his powers on here, from what had gone on in Ventrilo. I would like someone other then Giddy and Unb4nn3d to look at this.

I will let other mods look at your appeal, but accusing someone of scamming can ruin their business in an instant. Unless you have proper proof, you should not call them a scammer. Also there is no need to randomly call the Ventrilo host a geek, this is offensive and uncalled for. You have had many warnings in the past and should know the rules perfectly.

And I know you IRL man. You used to be an Admin on rs2cheaters, or whatever the website was, but you did it by manipulation of Erik5858 and abcjo. Simply DDoS'ing Sythe or Ventrilo is no way to get yourself unbanned.

Since you aren't ever on Sythe, why does it bother you that you are currently banned for 2 weeks? Just sit and wait, I'm sure that you're in no rush to get on.
