IP Banned?

[J a K e Y]

Hello,

Im just posting for my friend because he says he has been banned by IP Address but he thinks his IP Range has been banned also, his IP address is 90.202.170.249 and his username here is "Nathan1456"

Thanks

Well if he's been IP banned, then he shouldn't be trying with other IPs now should he? There's a reason for IP banning and it's so that the crooks don't come back.
