Server Help!

    Server Help!
    Okay, it's my first server, so don't flame me if I seem a bit stupid.

    I have port-forwarded my router, downloaded a source, no-ip and got JDK and all of that. The problem is, the only way to get onto my server is via 127.0.0.1. This is not HybridScape, so how do I get it to go on my server with other people?
