Was it 'cause Sythe asked you to go to the Irc. He seemed very very excited when you went on msn the first day he opened it. Then you requested the ban around the same day.

 

I'm pretty sure he went off and made rsbot/powerbot.

The only other person it could of been is Alteranz - since he wasn't temp banned. I don't see Nick or SMR banning him but not the others.

Honestly though it wasn't. I was tempted to ban everyone in that thread - but I didn't. Remember, staff do go invisible at times so it could have been a number of people.

 

Theres only one person it could have been...Sythe.

I'm pretty sure he was banned for linking Sythe members to leaked staff lounge information.

Basically, banned by Sythe for associating with the wrong people.

 

Who was "phil" and what was the story behind him? Why was he banned? Just ran into an old post of his and he was apparently an OMM and mod at some point?

 

Giddy didn't post child porn, the ban reason was: Posting porn + Other. (Ban reason found by Alteranz)

Giddy didn't post CP - this is likely just a common misconception because the woman/girl in the picture looked young, but she was over the age of 18. Giddy didn't want to remain on the site at the time, and even requested his account to be deleted in that same thread. Ryan and him were having a dispute and the end result was a permanent ban.

 

Did you actually see the pic? I was there when he made the thread before he edited, and she easily looked like 13....

and i thought the dispute was that he kept claiming he was going to committ suicide whenever he would get drunk and someone called him out on it or some other drama...
