    It seems that Fatality was buying accounts from resale sites and selling the ones that he ended up able to recover. He sold a large handful of high-end accounts and recovered them all back in one spree. He got the accounts back and the several billion in total bank that the customers had added to their accounts. =|

    From what I gathered, he went to sites like USFine and Gold4Fun and bought random accounts that would easily sell on Sythe. Then he sold them here, saying they were his own. If you look through all of his sales, he manages to mass-produce quite a lot of impressive accounts in a very short amount of time.

    He bought all he's account from an Estonian friend, sold it, got his friend to recover it (hence why the recovery ip matched close to him, but never from his ip), and basically scammed billions.
