Yes, FireZ is still around, and I hope for the love of god it stays that way. I think I'd quit Sythe if both Plznate + FireZ turned out to be scammers.

@Deathsnova, Bubba's point is very valid, given Plznate's reputation in the community, he definitely could have scammed well over $4,000, especially since the 9B trade occured over a month ago. I know for a fact that Plznate could have easily run off with stock from Myself, Video, Viou, Punker, h1, and other huge gold sellers. For now I'm still going to view Plznate's ban as a misunderstanding, and I hope that my judgment is correct.

Take G UNOT as an example, his reputation was nothing compared to that of Plznate's, and he ended up scamming over 10B RSGP before he got banned, and all his scams occurred in a time interval less than 24 hours.

 

Happened in 07, he joined in 07. Would you really be shocked if a 2011 account scams $200 tomorrow?

 

Before anyone asks, Dialatic was banned because I'd rather use this old account instead that Clashfan managed to recover for me (I am Dialatic).

No scams were involved.

 

Speak for yourself bud. Plznate was a big influence, but no way I'd trust him with my entire stock lol. I've been in the market long enough to know a scammer when I see one. If Nate came up to me and asked me for 5b at .5 via Bt or mail, something that'd take a while, I can say 100% I'd say no. Nate's rank and time in the market is irrelevant to me honestly. When I judge if somebody's safe to trade with I look at how their acting, their trading experience recently, etc.

I've said it a thousand times.. When it comes down to trading, you can't judge somebody from their ranks. I'm not even sure why so many people think Nate is so trusted and superior to other traders. I can name many traders who are much more trusted. Only reason Nate seems to be so trusted is that he brags, community involved, he's arrogant about his trading, and his ranks. I'm sorry, but if the scam report comes back true, I won't be shocked. He has no reason to stay on sythe. He has every reason to go out with a bang if he needed the cash/his morals changed.

 

@Punker he didn't mean entire stock, he meant alot of people trusted him, to some extent.

@Snow I think what Deathsnova meant was the accusation that he planned to get more.

Didn't say entire stock, but stock in general. All I was trying to say is that Plznate would have no problem getting hundreds of millions of RSGP from high profile RSGP traders if he was looking to scam.

 

If it was a 1000 donor head omm global, yes. This should of been found out before he advanced so much through sythe.

 

Can we stop discussing nate's ban? That's why this thread has been locked before :/ just ask where people went. It's staffs job to handle scam reports.

Some people that are trusted have a price for their trust. Some would be trusted because they like the reputation, attention and power that would come with that attribute. If someone offered you $1m to tarnish your "trust" on sythe, I wonder how many people would say yes and how many would say no.

The best form of trust (imo) is that which is based solely on your own personal morals, as that's unlikely to ever change and can't be brought. Atleast, that's what experience has told me.

Nates sending me my refund and is in contact with the other person arranging payment as well.

When this is all said and done I will release a mini press statement covering the entire plznate situation so there is no questions and no rumors.

 

Ban evading.

He is impostoring me on MSN at the moment as well.

 

Thank God everything is getting sorted out. Half an hour ago I was going through some old spam forum threads and I saw some posts others and I made about him, and it broke my heart to think that he scammed.

Cant scam, wrong thing to do and I have put in waaay too much effort into helping build and maintain what I see as a very successful entity here. Staying legit will always get you farther then going the wrong direction.

 

Agreed. Which is why I'll never make such a foolish mistake again.

At the rate I was going, it would never have been found out. I came clean upon my own will. I risked everything I had earned in order to clear my conscience. Name me anyone else who would risk as much as I risked, to come clean about something like that.
