yea hes banned for admitting to it I think he scammed a couple years back and never got caught for it so I'm guessing he asked for a pardon before he was caught for it.

 

No, he and wulfspade1 asked for a pardon because they wanted to come clean. No one caught them. It was their decisions.
Edit: I just misread your post, lol. They could have gotten away with it, no one would have had enough proof and such.

However, could you please post copies of the OPs? Its only fair for the community to know what n4n0 and wulf have done so that we can accurately judge both the staff's final decision and whether n4n0 and wulf are safe to trade with, especially if they are unbanned.

Please request the release from an admin.

Here, I'll say what I know.
N4N0 scammed $200 total from 3 people, back in 2007 before free trade was being taken away. It was for a santa hat, when they paid he logged.

Wulf scammed a few people, totaling $8, before he became active on sythe. He paid back all of the people.

It deeply saddens me to see such esteemed members of our community admit to scamming. My biggest problem with the whole ordeal is that I feel as if they waited until they were in such well respected positions within the community before asking for a pardon.

I feel as if they are trying to use their good standing as leverage against a banning. During my time, I've seen many well respected people come out for scamming, and those who had advanced to such a respected position within the community are on occasion pardoned. Again, my biggest problem with this is that they may have waited until they believed that they were clear from any long term repercussions by waiting to request a pardon.

Granted, I hope they are both allowed to return to the community, but I do believe that a portion of their status should be stripped all things considered. Granted, this thread is not for ban discussion but I just felt compelled to post.

On another note, I fully agree with rsaccounttrader, their original pardons should be viewable on sythe. Thanks.

 

Couldn't agree more. If they admitted this before they got to such a high position, they would be banned without question.

 

They don't deserve to come back to the community anymore than classic pker, kevin001, jevon001, etc. I do agree that they should be allowed to return, but I think pardons/disputes in the past should be relooked at if this pardon is granted.
