Buying Pure

[Magyksoldier]

Hello, I am interested in buying an account on Rune Scape that has either 99 strength, 99 range, or 99 magic. Well actually i will but a 90+ in any ONE of the stats. I would prefer 99, but I won't mind if it is 90+. I only want one of the skills that high. I would prefer for the account to be a lower level. Obviously it cannot be too low, or else it wouldn't be 90+ in a stat. But If it has high Strength, i obviously would like to have at least 60 attack. But for the magic or range, either one can be by itself. I am willing to pay with pay pal & possibly a level 54 pure to go along with it.
