    *Account is randomly checked through rental period to ensure no rule breaking is taking place. I reserve the right to kick off those who turn private chat off.

    1) No refunds. You are given a set amount of time. Whether you use it all is up to you.
    2) Follow ALL runescape in-game rules
    3) No streaming or commission staking
    4) In the very unlikely scenario the account is disabled during your time, I am not liable for any money or time lost
    5) Do not change the display name
    6) Remain within the perimeters of Duel arena in W302 - Keep private chat ON! You run the risk of being kicked off the account without notifying me prior of what you're doing
    7) Do not use the account to trade RWTers. Use your own account and then transfer the gold onto the account.
    8) Disobeying any of these terms will result in recovery of the account and seizure of any fees and deposits will not be refunded.
    9) If you are logged off the account for more than 15 minutes, I will assume that you are finished with the rental and it will become available for others to rent.
