I think Owen is Zogre

Owen account was created the day Zogre had filed his dispute to get money back from someone that had been banned for scamming. Zogre knew this wasn't allowed so he created his alternate account "Owen" in case he did get banned on Zogre. Before Zogre left he had posted about two things. LoL Accounts and finding a job. As soon as Owen gets here, he finds a job right away and posts a thread about Buying EU West LoL accounts in which Zogre did the exact same thing, specifically the EU West part.
