5 finger death punch and slipknot the same?

I was listening to the radio on my stereo earlier today and slipknots new song psycho social came on and I was listening to it ( I might add it wasn't bad at all for them and nice to see there guitarist at least trying to do a solo even though it wasn't very good) and then a song or 2 after five finger death punch came on. and they sound a quite a bit a like (mainly the chorus of slipknot matches them.

Anyone else agree?

 

Yeah, I used to listen to Five Finger Death Punch and they do sound similar in their heavy songs though. Now that Slipknot is getting slightly softer they have their differences now, but yes they do sound alike in heavy songs.
