Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Originally, I was banned for ban evading, I was apparently evading the account/user Nick CB, Time To Buy and Blade have come to the conclusion that I am not Nick CB, however, I'm going to be banned for impersonating, so I will admitt to doing so, I will admitt to claiming I was Nick CB for an extended period of time.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: In the winter of 2015, I came across a member in game claiming to have been a staff in Dragon Dyce. He asked me, since I joined his teamspeak under the name of Nick, if I was Nick CB, As I had told him in game thinking I would be gaining his respect, that I too was involved in the dragon dyce scene. I replied stupidly with yes, that I was infact Nick CB, not knowing at the time that Nick CB was indeed a scammer, and was currently wanted for his offences. This lie I carried on for some time, it hadn't caught up to me until recently, when I was talking with some REAL dragon dyce members that were VERY involved in the community. My stories of being a host in the clan chat started to crumble as I didn't really know anything about the clan chat other than what an average bettor, which I really was/am, would know. I told multiple people that I was Nick CB due to the fact that I have always been a legitimate individual in the gambling/hosting/swapping scene, and I was never noticed. I thought that ANY host from Dragon Dyce was known to have upheld a legitimate persona, so by claiming to be one, and having the name in real life by coincidence of one that everyone seemed to know, that I would finally be known for being the legitimate person that I am. This in turn, came back to bite me in the rear. After bragging about the person I wished I was for some time, I learned that this individual was guilty of scamming multiple billions of gold before the flower game was removed from RS3. I tried to make up my own back story after learning about how the owner of Dragon Dyce KO Was alledgedly very money hungry, and ended up scamming other hosts. I told anyone who mentioned the scam that Nick CB comitted that I was simply scammed by KO Personally ( still pretending I was infact, Nick CB ). I told people that I had lent KO $2,000 in real life to pay groceries and other personal expenses, only to find myself banned from the community within days after. This of course, was another lie, that I had made up personally to try and salvage the identity of someone whom I had already taken lots of time to pretend to be, being too scared to admitt I was not, fearing I would loose ALL respect from my companions. However, Time To Buy, being a known bettor in dragon dyce, knew the real story of Nick CB, and banned me from sythe, because my back story was obviously not legit. This is when I realized I was in lots of trouble, and I needed to fix my situation, fast. I then made up one more, final lie, and told multiple people such as Jon, other friends that I had lied to, and anyone who asked me that CB was actually my brother, and that he had shared the account with the original CB, and that, was why I pretended I was him because I had hosted on the account once or twice, this also, was a lie obviously. I realized moments after that this story was stupid, and that I should just come clean and be the person whom I really am, as I'm loosing a lot due to my crave for attention - so I told everyone that I pretended this whole time to be somebody I was not, and that I only wanted the attention, and I provided IRL details such as a facebook, and identity issued by my government to proove it. Although it took some time, finally Time to Buy and Blade found me not guilty of ban evading under Nick CB's name, however, I am guilty of off-site impersonation of Nick CB or Impostering, which is also a bannable offence on sythe. I am seeking pardon for this offence, due to the fact that I truly am sorry that I ever started this lie about being someone who I am not. If I've learned anything from this, It's that being yourself truly is the right thing to do, it doesn't matter how noticed you are, it doesn't matter who knows you exist or who cares how legitimate you are in your buisness. You need to live your life for yourself, in your own morally correct standpoint, and you need to be proud of who you are. I am sorry that I ever pretended to be someone I was not for potential fame, as I realize now that by being legit on sythe I have made many of friends who respect me for being not famous, and being one of the most legitimate people they have known. If my pardon is accepted, I would love to carry on offering services via sythe in a legitimate manner, and help this community grow for the better, and allow runescape trading to be a safe activity for all. In summary : I accept responsibility for my actions, I understand what I did was very wrong, both in the eyes of admins and staff, and in the eyes of myself. I should never have pretended to be somebody just for a bit of easy notice, I should have been respectful to the grind of other individuals on this website and stuck it out, waiting for my own personal 15 minutes in fame. If my pardon is denied, I will take more time to reflect upon my actions and create a bettor pardon in the future. I personally will not give up until I am accepted back into the community, because I want to have a shot at proving I can do it all by myself, as the real Pawt Head Nick, a legitimate individual which I uphold both on and off site. If my pardon is denied, I will not hold any grudges against this website, the mods who banned me in the first place, or the admins with the final say. I understand what I have done is wrong, and that is why I would like to request pardon for the offences in which I am guilty of. Lastly, I think that you should consider un-baning me because I think that everyone who is honest enough to own up to their mistakes and try to better themselves is worthy of a second chance. I would love to opportunity to return to sythe as myself, to show you all that I am capible of helping this community grow in a positive way, and proove that I can withstand and uphold a legitimate persona through this community. Thank-you for taking the time to read this, I appreciate each and every one of you Mods and Admins for the work that you put into ensuring that people are safe whilist trading their virtual goods, and I hope that you can appreciate my honesty and integrity towards this community.

You're not banned for evasion at all. Your only offense is impersonation. Will edit later.

 

I support. I think Nick has suffered enough from his mistakes (losing co leader in his swapping clan, humiliation from his fellow ranks, losing sythe rep), and I feel that he wouldn't do it again.

Based on my interactions with him, I really feel that he just wanted a taste of fame for the respect itself, not the monetary gain that came from pretending to be an ex dragon dyce host that was also a scammer. He already had the rank in the a very reputable staking clan, he didn't need to lie to get it. Once he made the lie though, it was difficult to maintain which is why it spiraled out of control.

I got busy out of nowhere, but I obviously support. TTB and I spent quite awhile on this. I'm fairly certain the only offense was impersonation.
