*****Through this last pardon, (#4) you can see that I gained 5/5 Support for the pardon, and unfortunately didn't get pardoned in upper because I did not wait the official 6 months. I provided extreme details in a post that I asked to be NOT publicly opened that provided proof that I am who I present myself am, Tom-Hulk1x1-, and that the scammer behind Only75def is my older brother, Don. *******
As I explained in the detailed post a while back-asked it not to be opened publicly-, I showed proof of my Ebay Account linked to my Paypal Account, and I had successfully achieved over 40+ Ebay 100% Customer Satisfaction Feedback, with over 25 being actual sales. Through my time on Hulk1x1, I never had ONE complaint about my sales, and happily obtained 45+ vouches

I really don't know how else to describe how badly I want my account back. I've made many reports, included a lot of personal information, spent a lot of time on many of them, I believe this is why I should be pardoned. I was already pardoned successfully 5/5, but was told to come back to try again after the 6 months, according to the pardon rules, are passed.

I'm happy that I officially followed the rules, and waited 6 months.

If any admin would like to add me on Skype to obtain those personal details, which are somewhere hidden from the public on this pardon page, I will be happy to do so again.

I've completed my first semester of my Junior Year in Highschool, and am happy to get in the National Honor Society, National Social Studies Honor Society, and the National Science Honor Society. With that being said, I am a hard and determined worker. I don't permit scamming, and have never been a part of a scam on Sythe or Runescape. I simply play Runescape/joined Sythe for the fun of the game, and sometimes make a little profit of it
-I also included in one of my posts that I spent a lot of my 07GP on my Dad for Father's Day along with " I hope all of you can realize that Runescape 07/RS3/RSPS isn't all about the money, it's about the happiness and memories it brings along So technically, HE and I can share that happiness. "

Please, I really don't know what else to say. My pardon, from a long time ago, did successfully obtain 5 supports, but I did not wait the correct amount of time, and I'm super excited that I actually waited 6 months!

I've seen so many accounts that were involved in scams... I honestly am feeling very disgusted about this, I did NOT know about any of this.

If you could please plead with me, I claimed I am a Junior in highschool that is born in 1999-which I will be more than happy to prove.
With that being said, all of the scams that were done by brother/only75def/literally all of the stupid other accounts he made were made in 2011. Seriously, all of them were done in 2011.

I don't think an 11 year old would have the knowledge/know how to scam all of these people through 1) Making different skypes 2) Making different msn emails that he used 3) Change the paypal account through every single trade and 4) Go through the trouble of making different sythe accounts and try not to get caught.

As I explained before, on Hulk1x1 I
1) never changed my paypal email address,
2) was SVU
3) completed over 45+ safe vouches
you have to see that all of the accounts that scammed literally only had 10- vouches on all of them.

I sincerely did not know about all of these scams that took place by my brother, if you could see that most of the accounts took place on an account scam and you could possibly find one of the victims and ask them "What email address was linked to that account that you tried to purchase?" AND THAT WOULD SHOW HIS EMAIL, Don**n****[email protected]
I've said many many times that his name is Don, and my name is Tom...
I could show proof again that my paypal email starts with my name, Tom(Tom**n****as*@aol.com) and has been used for every single trade on sythe that has occurred.
That could be a break in this case!!

I really don't buy the brother story, I see it so often. You're responsible for your IP, so you'll need to refund all the members that were scammed, and then provide proof here.

EDIT:

Start with http://www.sythe.org/members/386087-range-tonk.html, there Skype is in their profile, show as much effort with trying to track these members down and proof of you at least messaging them attempting to repay. Doing this will go a long way, even if you can't make contact.
