[5/5] Korbin requesting a pardon for Ban Evasion

It's now been more than 6 months since my first pardon, so I'm trying once again.

Reason that I was banned:
I was banned because of an IP match with one of my former accounts on Sythe on which I scammed 42M 07 GP worth about 30 USD at that time. The scam was made from the account 'Richyrichz' which I created before this account back in 2011.

At the time of my ban I had forgotten all about the scam that was committed nearly 5 years ago. I take full responsibility for what I did. I will not make excuses for what happened. I take full responsibility and I respect the Sythe forums decision to deny my first pardon.

Creating this account instead of sorting out the problems on my other account was an active act of ban evasion, and I'm truly sorry for that.

Proof of contacting victim for repayment:
During my first pardon Video supplied me with a possibly email belonging to the victim. I contacted that email, but still haven't received any replies: http://i.imgur.com/DIjJ8Cr.png

I've also tried searching for his name on Skype and Facebook. Skype showed a possible match, but now 8 months in, he still hasn't accepted my friends/message request.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why we should forgive you:
Because it's been nearly 5 years now, I have difficulties remembering exactly what happened. I promised the victim 42M 07 GP at 0.7 USD each, and made him go first. The gold was never given to the victim and nor was he refunded.

I believe I should be forgiven because of how long it's been and because of the punishment I've received already with nearly 9 months banned. I was an idiot for doing what I did and I would never do it today.

I would be more than happy to pay back the victim if I ever manage to get in contact with him.

Don't see a pardon where video led you to that email

 

In either regard:

Repay all victims and provide evidence of this. If you cannot contact them, provide evidence of trying to without success (there must be proof of at least ONE MONTH time being passed for attempting to contact the victim for each pardon separately.)

It's been a long time and I feel like you've given this a great amount of thought with how thorough and detailed your pardon has been written with verifiable information.
