Request pardon for Neon Blue (Sending malicious files)

i requested to have it re checked before but never got unbanned, i never sent a malicious file , i was advertising a runescapr private server to my friends on skype and sent it to a guy who reported me for malicious files or sketchy files whaterver. It wasent a virus or anything and i think the mod who banned me just jumped to conclusions. Please if i could have this pardon its been over 2 years at least now id like to have my account back so i can begin to sell and trade via runescape agian.! thanks
