    Hunter - no, you can lvl that with effigies later
    Prayer - yes, it has a pretty high gp/xp ratio, though training is fast
    Farming - no, easy and cheap to train so long as you know what you're doing
    Summoning - yes, charms take a while to collect so your xp/hr is very limited; also has pretty high gp/xp ratios.

    96-99 mage won't get you enough charms to get 99 summoning.

    Summ or farm. You didn't list herblore, but I would also consider that. Costs a lot and if you don't already have overloads, that would be a nice little boost.
