I bought 9 pins from 4ng for 50m. If a mod or admin posts here I WILL SEND YOU THE VIDEO. I bought 9 pins for 50m and he gave me the pins. They where swedin pins and I tried one and it said "You have reached your monthly spending cap please try later." I didn't pay 50m for 9 pins that I couldn't use I told him. He said "Thats not my fault that jagexs system isn't working bla bla bla. I told him that it wasn't jagexs system that was messing up it was the phone he used to get the Upgrades. I can not use these upgrades I didn't pay my bank just to possibly get scammed all of it or have to wait a whole month. I DEMANDED A REFUND FROM HIM and he hasn't given me it. Again I will give the video to and mod or admin that can ban him. This was a bullshit trade and when I tried getting a Refund or Working Pins he ignored me. I bought these upgrades for 9 of my pure essence bots.
