hacked and banned.

a long long time ago like 6 months ago i tried to sign onto my account (dogoncouch) and my password was incorrect. i thought i had just forgot my password because it had been a few weeks since logging on. just today i came back to look at old posts i had made. i searched dogoncouch in the search forum bar and i found a thread i made. i clicked it then clicked my name and posts by user. it said i was BANNED. i dont remember breaking any rules so i started to read the posts by user and the last 6 posts i did not post and someone must have hacked my account. the hacker even spelled my name dagoncouch instead of dogoncouch. so i knew it was a hacker. is it possible to unban/and change my password back to the original password?
