The following details how to have no ads on any world, and how to open any world, even if it's full.

Okay, firstly, here is the base:

http://world1.runescape.com/

This is the world we will be using as example, but it works for any world!

S1=Signed.
U1=Unsigned.
M1=Members, no ads.

Now, some examples:

http://world1.runescape.com/s1 - Signed, has ads.

http://world1.runescape.com/s1,m1 - Signed, and with no ads.

http://world1.runescape.com/u1 - Unsigned, with ads.

http://world1.runescape.com/u1,m1 - Unsigned, no ads.

What a load of spam. I said in another thread you can just click the world in the normal changer, full or not.

 

Thank you for spamming, and have fun playing with ads. If you had read the guide, you'd see it says how to play ad-less and using links, not logging onto RS and then going through that whole process.

Thanks for the heads-up, this is possible because Jagex wanted to make it possible for members to play on F2P worlds without ads.

Since you don't have to log in before you go to the login screen, this allows anyone to access the ad-less pages.

Yep, pretty much renders ad blockers useless

Please don't spam, and I abandoned this guide for a reason, this method does not work anymore and I can't be arsed to rewrite it.
