Need help WITH PAYPAL

ok i sold an account for 300$ he sent 300 and claim and cancled then i gave him acc

5 minslater it say paypal has claimed a held on the 300$ so they took it

did he scamm me or????

Paypal probably limited you due to the fact they have a nasty reputation at limiting people for large amounts of funds which will occur if you are not verified.

I suggest you get verified asap. The other person did not scam you.

If there was a fee when he sent it to you then he sent the money from a credit card which can easily get charged back.

Then Paypal thought the Claim & Cancel was suspicious which means you will need to resolve any cases or send Paypal a message regarding what happened. Dont mention RSGP or else they will disregard your message. Make sure its a tangible item.

You need to explain to paypal on what it is. Meanwhile get Verified

So now i need to type them a letter that i made him webdesign , and why did he claimed & cancel ? Memo was "Thanks for webdesign , everything works , double checked !"
