You must have sextant, chart, and watch, or if you don't I can get for free.
Teleports to just about anywhere!
Level 1 scrolls: Free!
Level 2 scrolls: Free!
Level 3 scrolls: USD 0.25 and you must have some food and a weapon and 43 prayer.
Puzzle boxes: USD 0.25 or free if you bought the level 3 scroll package.

Pest control:
Must have at least an rune scimmitar.
Must have a combat of at least 40.
Low boat, Can be negotiated
Medium boat, Can be negotiated.
High boat, Can be negotiated
