Paypal

[ice breaker]

Ok, I have 12$ US on a paypal account, but I do NOT have a credit or debit or bank account on it, so its just there. Is there anyway I can send that money to someone else or do I need to get it verified.?

[Kadaj]

I think you can still send it on an Unverified PayPal account, just try sending it normally.

[xxthebeastxx]

No, you can't.

[ice breaker]

Can I or can I not.

[odt]

No, you need to get verified, personally I hope paypal completely re-think on there current system.

It's so insecure

[RutuliukaS]

There is one way . You will need 9$ in e-gold tho. I can sell the guide itself for 25$ ^_^

[Noob-2]

It needs a bank account/cc

[ice breaker]

Alright, thankyou.

[Jokerz]

Get a VCC or get an Australian Account, we can send without verifying.

[FireTorso]

Canadian accounts can also send without verifying. As far as I know. I can send on my paypal account easily.

But if I were you... Stay away from paypal.. as odt stated. Paypal is very insecure right now and needs a new system. Such as how moneybookers works.
