How do i delete my recoveries?

Im looking to sell my account but cant delete the recovery questions, can someone tell me how i do it?

Hello,

Alright so first of all you go to the runescape main page --> Account management --> Recover password --> login --> fill in correct info (under extra comments add "I think someone knows my recoveries) --> submit --> get your account back.

Right so when you do get it back the account will have no recoveries on it.
