My account was banned after I ilegidly scammed someone. However, I told him that something had happend downstairs, but he persisted on nudging me etc etc. I logged out of MSN because my mum needed help but I had changed the password. The other day I gave him the password back, why am I still banned?
 
Get him (the person who reported you) to post here confirming your story, and that he received his items.
