+ if it wouldn't be possible to do it anymore, then they might become 'rare' over 5 years untill then those accounts are worthless...

if u have ever made a character in on tut, gotten it half way through old tut.. then stopped, because i didnt like name, or whatever other reason, that character wont get updated to new tut

You started that account in the old tutorial, and even if Summer's End is in your quests it's just added when the quest is added dumbshit. This account is not rare in the slightest.
