Paypal HELP!

I created a paypal and it asks for me to verify myself by using my bank account settings in real life??? well im a kid and i dont have money ( teen actually) , but i still want to be able to send money. what can i do to still be able to send money? And can i send money through the mail to get to my paypal account or do i need a credit card or some other method? Thanks, answers much appreciated.

Its free to create a bank account at most banks, go to one and make one.

Or talk to your parents about what you are doing and ask for their help.
