well, thats not completely verifying it, only making it to be able to havee very high spending limit

 

Which works just as fine as if it was verified.

 

Um there really isn't "a way around it", so you're fooling no one. I have enough Paypal experience to argue that. A VCC for certain accounts from certain countries, verifies the account. However, Paypal still limits all account access after receiving a sum of money right after verifying. Even if it's only $200. So once you get the money, use it.

Btw, AU accounts have a $3000 sending limit.
