What would you do?

Okay i got 3 accounts but the thing is .. i need your help.

First Account: Got Hacked and he got me perm muted and used all the freaken appeals but i got the account back....
and jagex won't do anything about it but they keep saying there trying to see if someone really stole my account or not but i've been trying for weeks now

Should i keep using this guy or just start using my other account so i can talk.
