I need ideas on how to make myself sick or ill without too much trouble please. It would only need to make me appear ill

If you want to get of school/work get the bolox to say i cant be arsed.

Most things don't work with my parents. I just want to get an extra week of my holiday back thats all. I probably won't even bother but just want to know of anything that could possibly be used
