Need Help Please

Okay, an account that I owned was hacked sometime last November. I had members on it, but THOUGHT that it was canceled. I was checking through some messages looking for something and read one that says that I am still paying for this accounts members.

I tried for a VERY long time to recover this account, so I do not know the password nor do I have the ability to get it back.

Does anyone know how I can cancel this membership. I have the agreement number, the card info, and all that stuff. I am also getting the email receipts.

Help is greatly appreciated.

Simple, cancel the cc making the payments and use a different one. Talk to your cc provider and ask for a new card with a new number and make them cancel the one currently paying the monthly bill, voila problem solved

And talk to them, providing the cc numbers, receipts, account name etc....
