Spent $133.65 on his website for 500M 07 gp, have not heard anything from him or his staff. It's been over an hour -- I don't think someone with his track record would scam, but I figured I'd open a report here just in case, because nobody has even messaged me since paying.

I'm hoping it's just a misunderstanding, but I'd expect to hear something from someone after paying almost 2 hours ago. Hopefully it's just a miscommunication!

update: this thread can be closed, the seller provided a resolution and apologized for the delay. He paid out 448M (not what I ordered on his website, but he claimed rates changed or something). I'll definitely stay away from this retard -- if you're a potential customer, save yourself the time and energy and order gold from more competent people.

While GP prices change you cannot pay less due to your own delays. It appears this user purchased 500M on your website, so why was he paid less?

As we had some technical difficulties, the rate on website didn't change (was deploying new build of the website, which broke the auto rate adjuster), after the order popped up, we offered him either a FULL refund of his ETH, or the mill amount with the correct rate + free 2m for delays.

No one forced the customer to take 448M, he was free to get a refund. Technical difficulties do happen, which is what happened here. I think it's more than fair to offer a FULL refund, or offer gp accurate to the rate +few mills for delays.

Not like we told him, take the 448M or fuck off. We prefaced it by saying, that he is entitled to a FULL refund OR he can take the 448M as we had a technical issue which broke the rate adjuster. It was his choice of free will to take the amount offered + we added a few mill for delays.

@larryfish My personal apologies to you for the bad experience you had with us, sincerely. But what even is this thread about? You were offered a full refund for the exact amount of ETH you sent, or the GP amount that equals the rate of that ETH, and made your own choice. Why be angry about it now, instead of just taking the refund if you weren't happy with 448M?

@rProGP Provided evidence to support that there was some type of error/glitch in which $133.65 was paid vs. $144.50, to which he offered you a full refund or payout of GP based on the lower amount you paid with some additional GP for the trouble. It appears you took that offer vs. the full refund, so there was no ill intent here & this appears to be a one-off.
