How they scammed:
This individual has engaged in an unjustified campaign of harassment against our company by carrying out actions that appear intended to damage our reputation and create confusion among our customers and the wider community. Among these actions, they have used a name identical or confusingly similar to our company's name, creating the false impression that they are associated with or acting on behalf of our business.

Furthermore, this individual recently created a Sythe account using our company's name. While we acknowledge that the use of a name alone may not necessarily constitute a violation, this action must be viewed within the broader context of an ongoing pattern of conduct, which has included threats and other acts of harassment directed toward our company.

Our primary concern is that this individual may use this false identity to impersonate our company, communicate with third parties while falsely claiming to represent us, or even engage in fraudulent activities or scams under our company's name. Should such conduct occur, the resulting harm would fall directly upon our reputation, our customers' trust, and the normal operation of our business.

We believe there is a genuine risk that users may be misled into believing that any communications, transactions, or activities carried out by this account originate from or are endorsed by our company. This creates a serious risk not only to our business but also to members of the community who could unknowingly become victims of fraud or deception.

For these reasons, we respectfully request that these actions be considered as a whole and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent any further impersonation, harassment, fraudulent conduct, or any other actions that may cause additional harm to our company or to third parties.

I'd like to add that I am the original owner of the company. You can verify that in 2019 I also filed a report regarding something similar on my profile, and you can see what I'm claiming.

Good morning, this guy and his group of friends are using my name on their Discord server and accusing me of being a scammer just because I took the numbers from their WhatsApp group and saved them in a database. Then I did a small advertisement saying I bought and sold gold. Note that this never happened within their group, so it doesn't count as spam. They just felt threatened because their prices aren't competitive with mine. They're also manipulating the server's coupons. I left them some bad reviews because they take hours to respond, hours to pay clients, and then hold onto client money for days without delivering it because they use it for P2P to profit from different accounts. They deleted the negative reviews and only left the positive ones.

I've bought several memberships or accounts from them, and they're controlling the market in their favor. They also use bots and sell accounts by passing them off as manually created. I'm not impersonating anyone; this is a marketing strategy.

They don't have those names registered with Eldorado.

Not even a domain. They decided to mess with me, and I decided to attack their brand in the smartest way possible. Now their brand is under my control. If they want it, they'll have to pay for it; otherwise, they can use another name. I'm not backing down. If they ban me, I won't care; it won't affect my progress at all.

 

If you know anything about business, the first thing you do when you register a trademark is secure the name on all the sites where you're going to use it.

Social media, buy-and-sell sites, P2P game servers, domains, hosting—they didn't do this; it's not my fault. Anyone who knows these strategies can use them to their advantage. Runememes.com was an unregistered domain, and now it operates under my control.

 

Now he's panicking because, since I have his name registered on a website, he's afraid of losing traffic. He'll probably claim his server, Runememes.com, is a scam to save face, but that won't do any good. Runememes.com will continue to grow; I'll personally keep it running and improve it into a P2P marketplace.

I should mention that Cedric disrespected me via DM by telling me to suck his dick.

This individual was secretly reaching out to our clients via private messages with the explicit intent of stealing our customer base. He has been unauthorizedly using our brand name (Rune Memes) to trick customers and redirect business to himself
From the beginning, he displayed aggressive behavior whenever any issue was brought up. After I removed him from all our communities, his behavior escalated into an unhealthy obsession. Even though this started around 3 months ago, he continues to stalk and harass me
My only official profile is Cedric G. I have never created or used the "RuneMemes" account, as I am fully aware that operating multiple accounts on the same IP is strictly prohibited by platform rules. The accused has admitted proven that he is using alt accounts.

  In March, after he was banned from the server for multiple violations, how can you expect him to be treated like a princess? He’s a thief, and ever since then he’s been harassing us using all our accounts to report them. We have multiple audio recordings of him sent to us that day, in which he talked about how he was going to steal from us, how he was going to destroy us, and how “life” was pretending to be all powerful. I have a lot of friends here who I’ve been working with for years, and they all know me and are on my Discord. They always spot scammers, so they can keep an eye out, and they know I have an excellent reputation in the Latino business community; so why would this person try to ruin it just because he’s a thief who got caught and is also trying to steal customers by using our name?

It's like if I were to go and, out of sheer stubbornness, create a website called zora.com, pretending to be Zora just to attract customers , is that clear?

Ever since it was posted that the profile runememes is now using on the scam server as shown in the screenshot above is the same one he used to steal services before, so does that make us the bad guys just for finding that out?

1. IronServices was my username before Runememes. I only changed it because I own Runememes.com.

2. I have never spoken to Cedric on WhatsApp.

3. If Cedric and Goro, another user on the Runememes servers, have fake profiles telling my customers I'm a scammer just to get sales, I only have IronServices, which is now Runememes, and forgegp.

I'm the only one here with fake profiles to create a bad reputation, it seems, and look who's making a report with a server of 4k people just because he feels attacked because I have Runememes.com now. I wouldn't waste my time making an unnecessary report saying crap or talking trash to my customers just to get sales.

They never created Runememes on Sythe, so I believe it belongs to me. What's the point of having a Discord name if you don't have it on Sythe or on P2P marketplaces like Gold OSRS and others? He's just talking nonsense because he lost the name, and the evidence he's showing is invalid because there are no customers claiming these supposed "scams." Forgegp and Ironservices, or now Runememes or Runememes.com, have never had any contact with these people via WhatsApp or any other means of communication.

Clearly, it's obvious that these people are just upset because someone else paid for these names.

What's supposed to be the first thing you do when starting a business? Buy a domain, register the trademark, buy hosting, then create a Discord server and social media accounts.

Not to mention that Runememes.com, right now, just the domain name has an estimated value of $2,500.
