She was pming users with this promoting her own website "KingOzGold" and claiming she was the ex manager of boglagold:

Everything that you are claiming isn't true. First of all I was indeed Boglagold's ex manager. We are not saying ANYWHERE that we are the "new" BoglaGold. The venezuelan part of the BoglaGold team decided to create a brand new website. What is wrong with that?

What you are showing here http://prntscr.com/puuhew is irrelevant. That is not our facebook page and it's just an ex boglagold seller that decided to use his facebook account to "help" us with our new website. He has stated it everywhere on his facebook that his not part of KingozGold.

4) Also you are basically admiting that you work that "the other guy that created the fanpage" I'm sure that none will create a fanpage and paid facebook ads to not get any revenew (Only for the joy of memes hahaha)
And also you just admitted that all of you are ex boglagold workers and are clamming to BE BOGLA.

5) Let's imagine that what you say is true so you are also hiding the user that is commiting the Violation and advoiding to take liability for the content you stole.

Also don't play dumb, if you don't work for bogla anymore then you can't claim that you are bogla or part of it (Bogla is the owner and you were just a worker)

@AnieKingozGold you or anyone advertising for your site cannot be stealing Cedrics memes, this was brought up months ago and resolved by the old team, it's a shame to see it again. Please tell your advertisers or whoever is using these memes and attaching your site's name to them to stop, or credit Cedric for his memes. You yourself told him to contact you if his memes were being used without him being credited that he should contact you.

On another note, Anie has been granted a name change to avoid confusion with her former (now out of business) employer.

For everyone's time/sanity moving forward Anie I ask that you credit Cedric for his memes or make your own. We won't be dealing with a lengthy report/reply chain from either of you in the future this will simply result in punishment if it happens again
